Latest Validation Tool
Installing the latest Scanner Validation Tool (SVT) from the link on the bottom of this page will install both the latest TWAIN Data Source, and the latest ISIS Driver for the i30 and i40 Series Scanners. You must install the SVT to access these drivers, and to use the integrated Host Image Processing software, known as HIPPO.
Software Driver Versions included in version 5.24 of the Kodak SVT - July 05
- TWAIN data source V6.64 (This is a 32-bit data source, and is TWAIN 1.9 compliant)
- ISIS driver 1.0.10507.1001
- HIPPO v3.23 (Host Image Processing for both TWAIN and ISIS Drivers)
- STI driver v 2.5
IMPORTANT
- After SVT is installed, a reboot is required.
- SVT 5.24 is designed to work with i30 firmware version 1.2 and i40 firmware version 1.2.
- SVT will no longer overwrite newer versions, you MUST UNINSTALL to load "older" versions
